Do you pick up more than you drop?

Question

Yes/No--Do you pick up more loose change off of the ground than you drop?

Personally, I have picked up more change than I have dropped in my lifetime, so has my father. We tend to meander through the parking lots of stores and the checkout counters just to see if there's any change laying around.

So I was just wondering if other people do the same thing.

None of us will pass a coin on the ground. My teenager and one of my brothers are the champs at I spot the money. Their favorite places to look are at the entrance to the convenience store and the gas pumps. Between them they are up $150 in currency.

Yes, I pick up more than I drop. I work in a mall and I find an average of 2 cents per day. But if I work on the weekend, I frequently come home with 70 cents- a dollar or so. The most I've ever found in one day, was six dollars. Most of it was in dollar bills laying by parked cars. Which I figure was money that fell out of peoples pockets as they got car keys out.

I drop more than I pick up I am always in a rush so no time to stop but if it is bills then yea yea yea I know thats silly but hey

I guess I do neither.
I am always in my own little world so I never notice any coins while I'm walking around but I don't seem to lose money either.

Misc. weird story:
My cousin throws all her pennies in the trash because she hates them! Isn't that weird?

I found a hundred dollar bill outside the grocery store once. I look ALL the time now! LOL

to be honest w/ you i've never really payed attention.... everytime i drop any change i pick it up but i dont think i've ever picked any up
