No and I wish it would desperately, we are in dire need. I have washed my car, cooked outside on the grill and planned a trail ride....and still no rain, I am running out of idea's

Yes. I can make it rain by wearing my sunglasses or planning an outdoor activity.
Also, by NOT bringing an umbrella
