A lot depends on the age of the kids.
I liked the Haunted House, Small Small World, The Train.
Space Mountain was too scary for older folks like me.

Theres so many, make sure to use your fastpass so you get to go on all these...8-)
Magic Kingdom: splash mountain, space mountain, pirates, haunted mansion, thunder mountain
Epcot: test track, mission space, soarin
MGM: tower of terror, aerosmith rockin roller coaster, star wars
Animal Kingdom: safari, everest, dinosaur
Theres many more, but those are some of the most popular with the longest waits.
