How do i make computer graphics on the computer

use photoshop elements 4.0. or you can use photoshop cs2 if your really into it. it's really not to hard just look on there site they will let you try cs2 for like a month.

Use programs like Paint, Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop etc...

There are some free programs out there, but most of the good ones are commercial software.
