Sometimes. Unlike men and orgasm, all women are different. All have secretions but when some women orgasm, there is something called squirting and it looks like they are peeing but its not urine and its a whitish color (sort of like semen in men). Some men find this to be a real turn on.

There are women who produce a bit more of the natural lubrication that comes about during arousal, and occasionally these women can "squirt" during orgasm. It looks like she's peeing, but it's not pee. It's also not evil, nasty, dirty or smelly - unless she happens to have an infection of the glands that produce that lubrication, in which case she's not going to be having sex, because those glands HURT when infected!

For many women yes. Generally it depends on how highly you are aroused and if your partner is hitting the right spots. G-spot stimulation is the most likely reason for a woman to ejaculate. It is harmless and nothing to worry about.

For a lot of women, the answer is no, but for a significant number, it is yes - something does spurt out and it is NOT urine. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_ejaculation
