Hair thickness is mostly genetic, and what you have in your youth is not necessarily what you have as an adult, just by natural changes. I know of no vitamins that will make your hair thicker, but you might want to get a thyroid check, as changes in hair thickness can be a sign of deficiency of thyroid hormones, an easily treated disorder that has a lot of other symptoms, such as fatigue and sensitivity to cold.

Nothing you put on the hair shaft will actually make it thicker, but some conditioners make it look thicker -- you might want to try one of those.
