Uranus is 50 times as far from the sun as the earth so the light intensity is 1/2500th.
As mentioned above Uranus is inclined at 98 degrees to the ecliptic so the hottest part ias at the pole when facing the sun (virtually) and the coldest near the pole when facing away from the sun.

Well Uranus spins with its North Pole facing the sun so that side is never dark. So I guess the answer is "a lot".

its the 7th planet as far is the planet the less of sun light goes there even the most farthest planets are cold because they are too far off
