Madonna, too many people were involved in that project for a hoax to have been kept a secret all these years. Also scientists can bounce lasers off special reflectors left on the lunar surface and do so on a regular basis to measure the distance between the Earth and the Moon.

Please don't listen to the crazy voices....Yes men have actually landed on the moon.

The Soviet Union would never had allowed a hoax on this during the cold war. It was a point of pride and they would never had allowed the United States to claim it without proof.

Also as mentioned earlier we left behind some pretty nifty optics that reflect a light beam back to it's source, which are used to precisely measure the distance to the moon, which by the way it getting bigger all the time.

Forget all the crap you see on the conspiracy theory sites -- those noodnicks couldn't use science to find their way out of a paper bag.

The best proof we have of the reality of the lunar landings is that the Soviets, our mortal enemies and only competitor at landing men on the moon, congratulated us on beating them there after Apollo 11 landed. You can guarantee that they were monitoring every meter of the trip, and could distinguish between radio signals from the moon, and radio signals from Hollywood.

Oh, and besides that, we left behind scientific apparatus that we still use today to precisely measure the distance between the Moon and the Earth. And brought back some 700 pounds of rocks that could not possibly have originated on Earth.
