I think the problem is with your timing here. Just like P&S the range of topics shifts a bit as the day passes.
*Usually* in my experience with that Category, folks will talk about anime and cartoons by day and then talk more about *comic books* at night. And, unlike P&S, the anime, non-anime-cartoon, and comic book crowds tend to stay more separate as well....
So yeah, the idea is to generally pick your favorite general topic there (usually anime, cartoons or comic books) and wait it out until the Questions are *about* the topic. I know, it's a pain, but if Yahoo did a separate category for *every* interest and sub-interest out there, people would just *get lost* in Answers completely. (not that some folks don't already but this would make things worse).
I hope this helps....thanks for your time. ^_^
(and keep in mind it's been a while since I've been there myself, so things might have changed)

Yeah, I went to that place once and they constantly talk about anime and little known superheros. But occaisionally you'll see a question about a cartoon that isn't from Japan.

Usually they go on about Japanese anime shows that you can see on Cartoon Network or Youtube. You'd better stay here in P&S where it's safe :)

have you seen The Village?
P & S is very similar...
it's just better not to venture too far... the rest of the world is on a different level.
