I agree, WoW is quite boring. I played it for 4 days and NOONE wanted to do ANYTHING. Either everyone already had their "group" or they just hung out at the Tavern and looked at night elves dancing.

I love TableTop D&D, with my favorite version being 3.0. Oblivion was also fun.

I liked EverQuest Online Adventures for the PlayStation 2. It was a good game to break a new player into the genre. I now play Final Fantasy XI.

WoW is chemically addictive, and actually un-fun. Yes, I have dared to say it! You are just deceived into thinking it's fun. But its really quite boring, clicking on gearwheels, retrieving items for basically the same quest you have already done 20000 times already, just disguised in different form. The monsters are the same way. The "green spider" you have killed at level 1 is basically the "forest spider" of level 60, just with a different color on it. PvP -I guess- can be fun at times. 50,000 people in lag forge just waiting there and the "crack of infinite despair" more than makes up for it though. This is where you must fall in LF thanks to lag. How many times has this happened to you?

But I give a nod to Diablo II w/ Expansion. Solid game there, no complaints.

I love Guild Wars. No monthly fees! You buy the games at the store and no other fees ever. Very addictive.
