It's not a Tri Nation series as far as I know. India play South Africa Pakistan and Ireland separately. I dont think Pakistan has any match against South Africa or Ireland. Infact the match India Vs Pakistan is in Scotland. So since all of the teams mentioned by you dont play against the remaining teams it doesnt count as Trination Series.

No Tri Nation cricket series is held in Ireland. The matches going on in Ireland are one match each by India and South Africa against Ireland and then 3 ODI between India and South Africa.
South Africa have already won their first match against India and hence are hot favourite to win the 3 match series against India.
India play only one ODI against Pakistan, which will be played in Scotland, which will be a charity match
