Take a deep breath, and relax. You should have no problem nursing a baby even if your nipples are small. Your milk ducts will work just fine. There is not one distinct hole in a nipple that allows milk out. Talk with your doctor, but i am sure you have nothing to worry about.

Don't panic. To my understanding, women's nipples do get bigger during pregnancy but I don't believe the size really matters as far as breast feeding. As far as the hole, don't worry about it. I was the same way before I was pregnant and I didn't have any problems breast feeding. We are all very different physically - just because something on us isn't the same as someone else doesn't mean there's something wrong with us.

dont worry this will all fit in in time, most nipples dont really grow until your prednant or have nursed a baby, i have small breasts and small nipples. i cant see the hole but just calm down everything sould be fine, rather have big boobs and small nipples then small boobs and huge nipples

You are being ridiculously over emotional over nothing. Ask the Dr. the next time you go.

Nothing is wrong with your breasts, you just happen to have big breasts and small nipples.

You will be able to breastfeed.
