I'm not trying to be dense...but is that like, a parking lot, or garage?
If so, I've done it a few times in a shopping mall lot, but the worst was in a parking garage at an airport! I had to have security help me find it. It still makes me blush, just thinking about it!!!

Never...I've never parked my car in a parkade...but I have lost it in several big (single level)parking lots.

Once, I was in hurry, had lots on my mind, ran in to meet a friend, then realized I had no idea which anchor I parked at. I guessed right, based on which entrance I knew I came in, but then didn't remember the level. It was in Tyson Corner VA, hugely packed, so people we're following me, to get my spot, so they knew I missed a moron.
I'm pressing my car alarm button, until I finally hear it overhead, yeah team. Even through a garage floor...

Like about every time. And my car doesn't have a homing device on it, so I walk around the spiral ramp like a fool!

quiet often, actually, i always remember to remember the spot after i forget it, but then he, just look for the sloppyest jaloppy in the lot, it be mine lol.
and for the guy withthe intelligence, dit you miss the day they covert spelling in school???
