like rowing a boat? i know this is a stupid question but yea

No. If it did, you wouldn't ever see women rowing boats!! Just overweight men!

Working out and losing weight MAY help decrease breast size. It all depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts. If its mostly fatty tissue, then working out and losing weight may benefit you. If its mostly dense breast tissue (like I was), then working out and losing weight will NOT help you and a breast reduction would be the only way to reduce your size.

If you have back pain or other health issues, a breast reduction would greatly benefit you, and it can be covered by your insurance.

I had a breast reduction and I do NOT regret it one bit! I have no more back pain and my fiance LOVES my reduced breasts (he supported me before during and after my surgery!). My scars are barely noticeable (you need to listen to your PS and use scarguard or mederma to lighten your scars). I no longer have to special order my bras online, instead I can go into a store and buy them off the rack!
