In the Air Tonight- Phil Collins. It makes me think of the scene in the Original Miami Vice movie ('84) when Crockett is driving with Tubbs to go to catch the drug dealer.

The song "Radar love", way before your time probably. It played a lot on my very first road trip when I was about 19. And I was using speed at the time like a real moron.
