use your mojo...sorry mojo,there is no easy way,espousal when painted.use a release and a steamer ,and start peeling

You need to break through the paint and the wallpaper. They sell those hand operated rollers that pierce the paper. Then a steamer would probably do a good job. Actually, being painted may allow larger areas of the paper to be removed at one time.

the fastest and easiest way is to use a steamer once you have the paint off. In order to get the paint off you will have to use a solvent. any home improvement store will have all of these. if you need any more help just email me
