The download time is dependant upon the file size and your internet connection. Bottlenecks between the sending server and the receiving device can and usually does delay the process more.

You need to provide more technicla information. Better yet, calcaulate it yourself. Obtain the file size in bits (not Bytes), and divide it by your internet size in bits per second and you will have the answer in seconds. I would multiply this by at least 1.1 to allow for 10% slowdown for unpredicitable issues. This is a rough guideline.
