Great question! The rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Notice I said "pursuit" of happiness.
I love the smell of freedom in the morning.

we have lots of rights as American citizens, we have the right to respect. And we have the right to freedom of speech. Some of the things people say do however go against others personal rights. I feel that if we use our freedom of speech at the same time considering respect for others we could get a lot more accomplished. You can accomplish alot it you keep respect for others in mind and still get your point across.

Right to privacy, given by the freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. I can pretty much sit back and do my own thing as long as I don't hurt anyone else. Freedom of "choice" is nothing more than an extension of the right to privacy.

free speech (in most countries is really expensive), bare arms (we wouldnt have been able to defeat britain with this little right, and also if the government cant protect us a la katrina or if the governtment gets outta hand, we gotta be able to take care of ourselves). its a real shame these are being treaded upon and or wasted.

Freedom of speech. To speak my mind. Unless you are threatening somebody with bodily harm, the government will not impose sanctions against you. (Whether or not people buy your cds is another thing... ask the Dixie Chicks)

ALL of them. I don't want the government to take away any of the rights we have - American blood was shed to get the rights in the first place!
