My second was not much different than the first. I think everyone is completely different. I didn't really notice a change in my tummy until I was about 7 - 8 months pregnant. It was crazy. I was worried something was wrong. But there wasn't. Now I did lose a set of twins after that and let me tell you...BIG difference. I couldn't lay on my belly at 10 wks.

Now I had always heard that birth weight goes up with every child.....not in my case either. My first was 9lbs 4oz and my second was only 7lbs 8oz. Thank goodness. lol Both were 21" long though. I just stayed as physically active as possible with both of them.

I know I started showing more by the time I was 4 months along. In my case I believe it had to do with having my children back to back. It takes more effort on the growing fetus to stretch muscles out than when they are already still loose from previous pregnancies. As for weight gain I didn't gain any more with my second than I did with my first I just started showing more of a pooch sooner.

If you are overweight before your 2nd pregnancy, you will gain around 4-5 lbs during the 1st trimester. Then starting 2nd trimester, you shld gain at most 1/2 lb week until your due date. You should gain a total of 15-25 lb on your due date.

Yes..I did..My first I carried for 7months before people believed I was even pregnant...the second, I showed within the first three months and the third...forget it..six week into..I looked three months pregnant.. Its because by the second or third time your body is a pro at how to adjust the body and its just easier to carry. Its different for everyone. Its highly important that on your second child to go to mommy yoga to help reduce your stress. Stress is the largerst blame for weight gain in a pregnancy.

at first, it won't remember what you devour in the previous couple of weeks..you will benefit weight. My final 2-4 wks, I blew up!! that's totally usual. I won 26lbs in my entire being pregnant and 10 of those kilos have been in the final 4 wks!! I ate healthy, exercised and drank water..My son is a month previous and that i've got 4 greater kilos to lose...the main crucial component is which you're infant is gaining weight on the stunning velocity and that the infant is healthy. :)

No, not always; everyone is different. With my first one, I had gained 7 pounds by 7 weeks and I was showing. I gained 55 pounds total. With my second one, I was 9 weeks along before I was showing and I only gained 48 pounds.

thats not always true. With babies #2 and # 3 I didn't show sooner than i did with my first and i gained less weight with each pregnancy and gained it slower. With all 3 I didn't show until I was about 6 months along.

I did, started showing at 10 weeks with my second, I looked like I was a whole trimester ahead throughout my second pregnancy .... at 2 mths, looked like 4.... 6 mths, looked like 9. I thought at this rate my second should be born sooner as well but no luck, she arrived at 39 weeks 3 days. I looked like a beached whale by then.

It depends on your weight and body type - - I showed at 10 weeks the second time- - IF you were recently pregnant your body is stretched and it is easy to stretch again- if it has been a while and your muscles are tone it may take a while to show.
