If it is true then he would undoubtedly qualify for the Guinness Book of Records.
Whatever his medical problem is it must have been diagnosed a long time ago. His life is going to be very short.
If anyone knows of a fatter boy in the world of the same age then presumably they will answer your comment.
Why not try a Yahoo search for "fattest boy in the world" and see what you get.
