This is most likely due to Malware (computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, dishonest adware, and other malicious and unwanted software). You will need to run full anti-virus/spyware scan and clean your registry. I recommend you use these programs (they are free).
1) AVG Free anti-virus

2) Ad-aware spyware remover

3) Spybot - Search and Destroy spyware remover

4) Advanced WindowsCare Personal

5) CCleaner - registry and privacy cleaner

Running these programs in Safe Mode (Tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.
If after performing these steps you are still experiencing problems download HijackThis. But do not remove anything without first checking with the online community, it will find both legitimate and malicious software.

If after exahusting these options and you are still experiencing issues, there is really nothing more you can do except to reformat your computer and start fresh.

You should not have 2 antivirus programs running on the same computer, you might be creating a conflict, have you also got a decent firewall ( PCTools provide one that is free) and the Windows Pop up blocker in IE is not very good, you could change to Firefox which is excellent, but do not un install IE

First of all, the rule of thumb is never have, or run at the same time, more than one antivirus software program as it can cause conflicts. Second, it appears that avsystemcare is associated with norton antivirus. Norton is well known for its annoying popups for spyware, subscriptions and resource-hog behavior. Unless you bought the service I would recommend that you uninstall the program permanently and install a different antivirus program such as avg free. (free.grisoft.com) Another note, no matter what antivirus programs are running, norton doesn't recognize these. So it was reffering to its own scanner fr you to use. Hope this helps.

If all the products of the warning makes your mouse become a splash hand (indicating a option to persist with a hyperlink), that's a pop up from a internet site that desires you to bypass to their internet site. those exist in an outstanding form of places, and that they are meant to trick you. i've got seen human beings freak out over it, and that i in simple terms wanted to make optimistic that this is not any longer the concern. whether that's, you will desire to to get a extra powerful pop up blocker. additionally, to get rid of it, by no potential click the X on it... it is going to nonetheless take you to the positioning. bypass down on your activity bar, top click, go out or close. whether that's certainly out of your secure practices gadget (like Norton), run all possible indepth scans. If this nonetheless yields no longer something, touch the agency to make certain if something could be accomplished. Your community computing device restore may well be waiting to assist. good success!

If the Pop-ups are coming from your Windows system tray, you have a very annoying malware. Write down the exact phrase used in the pop-up, then use a search engine to find solutions. Be advised if it is popping up in system toolbar, most antivirus etc will not find this program/malware. I repaired a similar problem on a friend's computer.

These pop-ups are actually false advertisements that malware companies create so you'll think there's a problem with your computer and click on them.
Ignore these pop-ups, because they are false. If you'd like to avoid getting these pop-ups, I would suggest a web browser such as Firefox. (http://www.getfirefox.com/)
Hope this helps.
