Yes! I love the Chicken Scaloppine at Macaroni Grill but the last time I ordered it, it was so salty that I couldn't eat it.

What often happens is that when they open a new franchise place up, they bring in high-paid workers who do their job well to train the minimum-wage types who will be taking over. So it's great at first...then lazy, angry folks are left to run the place. This is a false economy, because as a customer, if you get burned once or twice, you're not coming back. My dad used to pay his workers more than they could make anywhere else. A couple salesmen actually made more than him, the boss. But he was glad to pay up, since he got people who wanted to keep their jobs, and performed accordingly. This led to customer loyality and the growth of the business. Anyone who messed up was easy to replace, with those kind of high wages being offered.

Yes LOL!!

There's a restaurant here in Miami that's called Yoyitos (don't ask) They are renowed for their Chicken and Rice. I've been going there for years. Had been in NYC for a few months and the first place I wanted to go was this restaurant. After waiting an hour for a table and another 45 min fir my order it came, and...it was horrible! over cooked mush

Went back last week, and it was great!

We went to the same place we go every valentines day and i ordered my fave dish and it just sucked. and i wasn't the only one, hubby said his sucked too. the whole experience sucked really, the service was horrible as well. The only good thing we had that night from that restaurant were the shrooms. then we went out for starbucks and the night was good again.

relying on what eating place i'm at I also have a fave dish in all of them. as an occasion at Texas Roadhouse it should be poultry fried steak, at El Conquistador that's a tamale dinner, and at Cheddar's I actually could desire to have some cheese sticks whether i do no longer prefer something they're a could desire to.

yes. in those situations here's what i do. call over your server. thank them for excellent service and ask to see the manager. when the manager arrives commend your server and compliment the restaurant, explaining how much you enjoy visiting there. after the manager thanks you, gently let him/her know "that's why I'm so disappointed that my dish, its usually my favorite..." and explain exactly why you don't like it. let them fix it for you.
