Yes , you are right

3 atomes of Ca by molecule
so in 0.5 mole -->3*0.5 = 1.5 mole Ca

2 atomes of P by molecule
so in 0.5 mole -->2*0.5 = 1.mole P

8 atomes of O by molecule
so in 0.5 mole -->8*0.5 = 2 moles O

3 atoms Ca You are going to multiply the amount of atoms by
2 atoms P 1/2 because since there is 1 mol of the whole
8 atoms O compound, or you could to divide them by 1/2 :)

3/1 x 1/2 = 3/2 or 1.5
2/1 x 1/x = 1/1 or 1
8/1 x 1/2 = 8/2 or 4
