i was with someone for almost 3 years and just last month she wanted to date other people and she has been hanging out with this guy and they just started dating a few days ago. i would do anything to get her back in my arms but i dont know how to approach when i should call her or when i shouldnt please help me i cant sleep even after a month im still in pain and agony.

Tell her how you feel.(and make sure when you tell her this it is in person). Keep sending her flowers like everyday. Just make sure when you tell her it is in person and like start crying that's always good.

Please do NOT follow the advice of the first responder. Do NOT bother her anymore; it's clear she's moved on, so you need to do the same. You can't force someone to love you, and once you've broken up, it's over...so get over it. Don't approach her, call her, email her, write her, etc. Leave her the hell alone and let go. Your pain and agony is selfish desire, not love. If you really loved her you'd want her to be happy, even if that meant she had to be with someone else. Love isn't taken, it's loaned, and she's taken it back to give to someone else...so invest your time and love in someone who wants to share yours.
