No GM vehicle has a fuel cut-out switch or a reset button. If you are experiencing a no start due to no fuel pressure you will have to check and test the wiring to the tank connector. If it is all good, you will have to drop the tank and remove the sender to either replace the whole thing or just the pump, in tank strainer and a new fuel fiter is always a good idea. These are one of the worst tanks to get out of the car, so be prepared to sweat and swear!! Good luck.

there are two things you can do to check if your pump is out the first is the easiest. take a rubber mallet and hit your tank once or twice( don't hit it so hard as to dent it though). for some reason if the pump is going out this will get it running but not permanently, it will have to be replaced. if that doesn't do the trick you can check the relay for the pump both the a/c and fuel pump relay are the same type and are right next to one another just swap the relays. a lot of times the fuel relay gets hot and the connections get loose, and the a/c relay doesn't get that way because it pulls let amps.

Almost all cars have a fuel cutout switch that can trip if you give the car a good jolt (keeps it from continuing to pump fuel if you wreck it).
My old p.o.s. ford escort had one in the trunk - along one side of the hatchback - they are usually labeled fairly clearly, though you might have to hunt for it.
As far as resetting the fuel pump - you usually just turn the key off and back on again. I had my car do that one time when I spun out on the interstate (an idiot on a cellphone nearly plowed directly into me) and the car wouldn't start until I turned the key all the way off, and then turned it back on and cranked it (fun thing to find out when you are facing the wrong way on the interstate with semi-tractor trailers bearing down on you).

No it doesn't. The electric fuel pump is inside the gas tank. Being a 95 I wouldn't doubt if it would need replacing which isn't fun or cheap. The back half of the exhaust need to be removed, the rear end needs to be lowered in order to wiggle the tank out (what a dumb design!). Of course check all the fuses (ones indicating 'fuel' or 'ign') but more than likely it's the pump.
