Not sure if its normal but you're not alone. Sometimes its better than others... sometimes its like where does it come from!?

- Dairy food? I don't think that is the problem... or white foods either.

It is a very normal discharge; your body is cleansing itself. This discharge will actually change thickness during different times of the month.

Sounds pretty normal to me. Often discharge increases around ovulation so it could be that you are ovulating during those times it is heavy.

That is normal. Your body is cleaning itself out. It helps prevent infections. If it starts to smell bad or changes color, contact your doctor.

Its normal. If you cut out dairy foods and Refined foods that are white, it will go away.
