The first hotel website I found quoted 5 Euro per night.
An other quoted a 5% rate.
I hope this helps.

Added:
Stores and services like hotels in the Netherlands have BTW (sales tax) included in the price, it can be 6% or 19%, and only in shops for whole-sale they are allowed to show the prices without that tax.

not sure what a tourist tax is but when buying things at stores some already have the 19% or so tax added into the price others don't....

5% tourist tax is based on de total room rate per night, incl. costs like breakfast..
