Nobody has it. Where can I get it in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale?

They are in Florida. Black tea is just fermented green tea.

Green tea is simply dried tea leafs, black and other teas process the leaves. The plant is somewhat tropical so you are in the right location, try to Google "purchase tea plants" and see what you get.
