Seems like most every "question" asked by cons these days is simply a comment that requires validation by other cons.
You really have no interest in what any lib or Dem says.
You're here because you want other cons to tell you how wonderful your ideas are. No?
Tell me this doesn't make up 3/4 of the "questions" by cons these last few weeks.
Not that this place was ever high brow, but it's really in the toilet lately.

the only irony is that you're saying there is, but there really isn't any.
i'm telling you cons exactly what you do not want to hear.
i'd say to quit acting stupid but it's probably not an act.

"Seems like most every "question" asked by cons these days is simply a comment that requires validation by other cons."
This is a comment. I wonder if you are just hoping for validation by other libs? Hmmm. Well you did say, "Please tell me what I so desperately want to hear!"
"You really have no interest in what any lib or Dem says."
We listen. And we always come to the same conclusion - Libs are wrong.
"You're here because you want other cons to tell you how wonderful your ideas are. No?"
I can't speak for all cons, but I am here to educate liberals so that one day they can see the light.
"Tell me this doesn't make up 3/4 of the "questions" by cons these last few weeks."
OK. It doesn't.
"Not that this place was ever high brow, but it's really in the toilet lately."
That's because libs are losing the arguements, and Y! A is no longer a liberal safe haven.

As a Libertarian, I would say your observation is valid.
However, it doesn't go far enough. Liberals do the same thing.
The fact is that most people still relate to politics the same way that they relate to professional sports; They're never going to get on the field and play, and the result really doesn't matter to them, they just want "their side" to win. Deep down, I doubt they find the outcome any more significant to their own lives than they do the result of the World Series. They just want to shout about it.
More people put "NY Yankees" bumper stickers on their cars than actually go to games, and I suspect that a number of the people here that promote one party or the other do not vote.

If you believe that it is low brow to ask question which lead to an answer which contradicts your philosophy, maybe you are in the wrong place, or maybe you should examine you beliefs and philosophies a little more closely.
Having good intentions is NOT even 1/2 of the appropriate solution to most problems.
I don't understand why you want Communism anyway. It has failed every place it has been tried, why do you want to keep trying? Accept that Socialism is a grossly failed idea which has killed millions of people and has made many more millions destitute.

Who are you to say who we are, and what we believe? You seem like a very insecure person.
And it's not that I have no interest in what any lib has to say, I actually do listen to their rants. I just happen to not believe or agree with any of them!

Hmmm, and you prefaced the question with tell me what I want to hear, and then you accuse Cons of only wanting to hear what they want from other cons? The Irony is overwhelming isn't it?

There are two sides to every story. You just gave one. Look in the mirror, you will see the other.
