distribute the ^2 to each of the numbers or variables inside
-4^2a^5(2)b^2
16a^10b^2

I suppose it is (-4a+5b)^2 isnt it?
If it is yes then :
(-4a+5b)^2=(16a^2+25b^2-40ab)

If it is not then :
(-4a^5b)^2=(-4a)^10b
