I thought that graphic card has either 320 or 640 MB of memory. Some people say there is 8800 with 512 MB. Where???

I think the people who say that aren't doing their research. The 8800 GTS comes in 320, 640 and 768 MB with extremeXXX, superclocked, extreme superclocked, Ultra, Ultra OC, Ultra Superclocked etc...but no 512 mb. They were probably talking about the 512 Mhz processor.

I've only seen 320M and 640M also. Why would you want a 512M one when there are 640M ones anyways?

Graphics cards aren't just about the amount of ram they have, it's also about their processing power. Most people forget that. The 8800 GTS cards are very powerful, even the 320M models make 7900 512M cards look like crap.

I ve seen them on ebay w/up to 1gb

People are wrong, you are correct. It only comes with 320MB or 640MB.
