Despite what they say about his listed height, of 6 feet Allen Iverson appears to be less than 6 feet tall and would be the best player in the league under 6 feet tall. His stats speak for themself.

Isaiah Thomas was only 5'11 but was one of the best guards to ever play the game leading the pistons to 2 championship while fighting off the up and coming Bulls and their new superstar Michael Jordan.
By the way Nate Robinson is not the only under 6 foot person who can dunk in fact the person he dunked over Spud Webb won the dunk championship in his heyday. and Spud is only 5'7
Honorable mention to Mugsy Bogues at being the shortest player in the NBA at 5'3 he was a lightning bug and a heck of a good point guard.

Isiah Thomas, Calvin Murphy, Bob Cousy, Steve Nash, John Stockton. AI is a gifted scorer, but he has nothing else and is a wee bit taller than 6 ft.

it would be a dead heat between spud webb and tyrone "muggsy" bouges. but in the end spud would dunk all over muggsy so he is better
