How often do 1st time moms pass their due date?

Is it more often than not? I'm just curious. I'm 38 weeks-

it makes no difference if you are a first or 5th time mom. My mother went 10 days to 2 1/2 weeks over due with all her kids, but my first born was 4 days early. Every baby comes when its ready.

well with my first i was 38 weeks when i gave birth. 1 week before my due date.

Yes most new moms 1st time moms pass their due dates, don't worry unless you pass 42 weeks

My doctor told me that most women, have a greater chance of going beyond their due-date, then they are of going early, when it comes to their first preganacy. My first child was born two days after the doctor's due date for me..

Most women do pass the day. That is why I always asked what is the day you will enduce me so I can count until that day... You start to get frustrated when you are still pregnant on your due date... I would plan on 41 weeks... CONGRATS!!!!!

I never did. I delivered my first one at 37 weeks, my second at the same time and i am hoping for a third times a charm lol.

Well I did, I went 2 weeks over my due date. enjoy in the baby when it gets here, they grow fast.

My doctor said that it is a half/half thing. Half of pregnant woman go before there due date, half go after there due date and there are those rare occurrences that go on there due date.

My first i gave birth at 37 weeks and for my second 36 weeks they were both very healthy big babies.
