Well I hate to be a typical woman here, but....
there is nothing wrong or harmful about it.
I may tast salty or sweet or any other way depending on the diet of the male in question. I perfer to do it on men who drink or eat lots of apple flavored juices or apples themselves!! tasts like an apple jello shot then!!lol

It's not morally wrong, that's an opinion and not a fact--please keep that in mind. There isn't one concrete set of morals for everyone. And unsanitary isn't a good/professional word choice, either. Technically everything is unsanitary!
You'll want to know your partner's HIV/AIDS status before you swallow, and CERTAINLY before you have sex. That's important. And don't brush your teeth before you have oral sex. The tiny cuts and knicks (invisible to the eye) can slightly increase your chances of contracting an std or hiv.
Choosing to swallow sperm is just that--a choice.
Try it so you'll know if you want to. If you don't like it, you never have to do it again!

i heard people say it mess up your teeth but it turn me on even more when a woman swallow my sperm, gosh i love it.

Probably because it i said to taste gross...I have heard that it is good "protein" which seems totally gross to me to even try to swallow that stuff...the smell alone makes me want to gag lol.
