What do I need to start a internet business? I know I need a tax ID, but what other legal stuff do I need?

I know pretty much what I need to do as far as making my website and finding my products. I just need to know what needs to be filed for a internet business. I also want to know what the most cost effective way to obtain all of the licenses is.

It's about the same as any other type of business. Check with your county clerk's office (courthouse).
