Or even still as an adult? I'd have to say Dracula. I use to pull the covers up to my neck as if that would stop him from sucking my blood when I was asleep.

Anything with dolls. They totally creeped me out as a child. Even Chucky. I love horror, but I still get weirded out by dolls!

Another thing that I couldn't let go was the end scene in the first Sleepaway Camp. I was too scared to venture into the dark after that one!

Michael Myers

After I saw "Halloween", I was scarred for life. For two or three months after I saw the film, I checked behind my drapes, bed, bedroom door, and in my closet to make sure he wasn't there. Now I still pull the shower curtain open every time I go in the bathroom to make sure he isn't there. I feel like he will pop out at any given time.

I know this may not be a horror movie character but I used to be scared of the wicked witch of the west on Wizard of Oz. I was afraid of her laugh and I was afriad that she was going to get me when she said, "I am going to get you my pretty"... it scared me so much that I turned the movie off and when I was really young I would cry or scream when I saw her.

Freddy Kruger.
Only because my dad dressed up as him to do a haunted house one halloween. Well, I was uninfomed, and also about 5 years old... I walked into my dad's study to ask him a question and see this scary, crusty-faced looking man. Hahaha. So it scared the crapy outta me!

Freddy Krueger, for sure!!! I have 2 older sisters - much older - and they let me watch Nightmare on Elm Street with them when I was very young - 2nd or 3rd grade. B!tches. :) Needless to say, I was terrified for a loooong time.
