You didn't include a link on this one, but I can only assume that Bob Hope just had a duet with the town's beloved SunnyMac, and that he is telling Marshal Dillon that he is the luckiest son of a gun that ever lived in the wild ol' west. He is also advising Matt to never take her for granted- not that Matt would ever do.

"Your money or your life." Notice that Bob's left hand is held out like he's waiting for Matt to put money in it. Also, notice how unconcerned Matt is. He notices that Bob doesn't know enough to even place his index finger on the trigger. Mere moments after the picture was taken, Bob quickly realized the error of his ways.
