why have i been asked to contact one [e-mail] over a suspended hyip account?

after complaining about having my earnings from several investments in highly recomended hyip being paid off to other people's e-gold acoounts, an attempt to logon to the hyip website saw a message saying my account has been suspended and i should contact the following address: [e-mail]. what have i done wrong?

You fell for in once, they opened a new site and think they can sucker you again.
