just keep practicing jumping off of your right foot. and when you work your legs out, do a little extra repititions on your right leg than your left leg, so eventually it will balance out. It is a slow process but soon enough you will get there. And don't buy ankle weights they can damage your ankles more than help them, plus it is a waste of money.

All you need to do is favor your right leg a bit more to strengthen it. Also when you work out make sure you do everything single legged, because if your left is stronger then it will take all the weight. Try single leg squats (with or without weights) or single leg calve raises, or single leg hamstring curls...a good one for that is to do it on a stability ball. (send me a msg if you need to know how to do that). Also try to consciously go to your left a bit more (for layups and such) and you will be able to work on your right leg more. Good luck

well its always been like that..
right handed layups = left foot
left handed layups = right foot
so if your right handed, im guessing you take more right landed layups and if you do your right handed layups correctly you should be taking off of your left foot. and so if you want to strengthen your right foot, you should do left handed layups and it also helps during games so that your are able to drive in both directions
