I would suggest from a club personally. Here's a list of clubs that have members that keep endlers.

Another suggestion, look carefully in the feeder guppy tanks at your local shop, often there are endlers in these tanks and you can buy them for feeder guppy price.

I'm with MM here, main reason being that finding a reputable dealer on the internet is not fun, I've heard several storys from friends who've done this in the U.K. only to receive guppy crosses, best you go and see them for yourself so you know what your getting.
