I am looking into a car and the seller of the car only wants to use safepay solutions for the tranaction and i don't really liek the idea of it should i trust the guy or refuse?

If you do not feel secure in it then do not use it. Google "Safepay" and "scam" together. You will find lots of links. Usually, when a car seller will only accept an electronic payment, it means that there is something wrong.
