I heard someone tell me Cleveland General, but when I look, al I see is Fairview General in Cleveland. Does anyone know?!

Back in the 1800's there was such a thing as Cleveland General, the only "general" hospital I know of is in Richmond, located in Richmond Hts.

There is no "Cleveland General". Fairview has dropped "General" from their name. The only hospitals in the latest AT&T Business White Pages that currently list "General" in their names are:
Parma Community General Hospital
Southwest General Health Center

I lived just east of Cleveland nearly all of my life, until I moved south a year ago & have traveled there many times during my lifetime. I have never heard of Cleveland General Hospital. There are so many hospitals there but I'm most familiar with the Cleveland Clinic & Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital.

There is Metro General as well, located near W25th St @ Scranton in Cleveland. You should contact the person again to get the actual hospital name/location...there are a lot of hospitals, as you can see, in the Cleveland area.

u mean Metro General? thats in cleveland on da west side. its off W.25th n metrohealth drive. da cleveland clinic over there somewhere on euclid ave, parma general on ridge rd by parmatown mall...but im thinkin maybe metro general. they got da main one off 25th, n they got one in strongsville....we got too many hospitals here in c-town...haha!
