All sites allow you to add a layout. Besides MySpace an Zanga, many have pre-designed ones, including Geocities and Tripod. In fact they're better because you won't have to struggle to read the text over the background, and you can choose where the blocks will go.

Myspace, Tagged, Zanga, Bebo and Facebook are the ones I can list off the top of my head.
