If this is actually occuring, you may want to check with your physician / doctor, and bring in the vitamin(s) that you are taking... that is if you are concerned. I try to take 2 men's sport vitamins a day with my exercise and to be quite honest I was at first suprised by my urine's color... but the majority of the time, all you are seeing is the nutrients & vitamins your body didn't need that day, or already had obtained from something else. The great part about our body is it already knows what it needs, has, and doesnt need, it will react based on that. But if you are really freaked out, no one on here will be able to calm you down or put your mind at ease like a true doctor would. To make things quicker & easier for you, take the vitamins, urinate into some form of storage container, call your doctor / physician, and bring the sample in with you... you can show him/her right there what it is, and they should be able to provide you with an answer within 2 minutes of seeing you, no matter what, an answer will be provided to you at some time.

Not sure. Look up the ingredients and nutrients it includes, because some of those might do that. Nothing to worry about really...if everything else feels alright.

Typically any suppliment will make your urine very strong (in color and smell). It's nothing to worry about. Most suppliments are very high in what are called "water-soluable" nutrients. These are nutrients that are easily disolved in your system so when you get too much, they are expulled in your urine. This is why it is happening. Think of it as insurance that you're full of all the nutrients you need.

that's the excess water-soluble vitamins flushing out of your system...check the label, i'd bet there are some vitamins (like vitamin c for example) that this suplement has like 500% of the recommended daily amount...it won't hurt you, but it will make you pee funny colors if you're taking more than your body needs, the extra will just exit your system.
