Ok! I asked about the Content Advisor problem and now this morning we had another issue with another computer in our living room. The Brain of the computer won't turn on at all...we tried plugs from this computer, we tried the brain on this computer and the brain will not turn on at all. We don't recall doing anything different last night on it and it worked fine so what gives? Any ideas? Thanks

I presume you mean the pc box itself when you use the term "brain" I cannot see you inserting and removing the processor and hope you did not do that.

Many pc boxes have the normal push button switch on the front and an on / off switch on the back. Check your unit's back side and see if that is turned off. Also check the voltage setting - it should be 120 V in the US.

Do you get any response when you power up? Any pilot lights going on? Any beeping? (if so count the number of beeps as this can tell us something).

write again if you need more help - include what you did

Check the switch behind the computer on the power supply.

uhhm.. it seems like you either got dial-up, or a virus for the version of internet you're using.. id' recommend downloading either firefox or google chrome and see if that fixes it

Carefully examine your computer connections.

Make sure that all the pins are attached!
