Well, in the last ten years, you have maybe three candidates. The lions, who are in perpetual stuck mode, the Bengals, aka Bungles, who until Carson Palmer showed up, were worthless, and then there's the Saints, aka, the Aints. Until last year, they had the unfortunate luck of being stuck with Brooks, who couldn't throw in tense situations, or on the bad end of deals, like the Ricky draft. True, last year they turned the corner in a big way though.
Consensus, would be the Lions. I don't see any hope for them, and the last hope they had, retired within yelling distance of Walter Payton, because he didn't have the heart to play anymore.

Liveing only 1 hour from Houston naturally Im a TEXANS fan. But the way they have been playing Iv'e never heard a team get booed so much specially even in Houston.

eagles by far,worst fans out there,not only did the eagles suck for a while but when an interception gets thrown or a ball gets fumbles, the whole stadium boos thier heads off

being a lions fan we expect to loose and have tired of booing
so i would go for jets fans they boo at every thing look at the nfl draft every year
