The question is...do you really want help? If you do, you must change the type of friends that you hang out with. If you go to social functions that are associated with drinking and you have a problem with it, of course you're gonna drink. You must make some changes in your life...Have you tried God? Have you tried hanging out with good moral friends that find fun in life without having to drink? If you really want help, some changes must be made.

Whew - that's a tough situation to be in. Understand that it's an "of course" on why you can't keep friends/girlfriends - you have a relationship that crowds out all the others, with booze.
It's AA time. They've helped millions of people figure out why they keep stepping on their own feet (by getting drunk), get sober and stay sober. Hie yourself to the next meeting (you can find them online) pronto.
There's something going on - you've figured out a quick way to not feel anything (or at least not be aware of it later) is to get smashed. You are obviously not a happy drunk, either - so why the rush to make yourself (and everyone around you) miserable?
Good news - you do have lots of other options. AA can help you find them and use them.
Think about the life you really dream of for yourself. Picture you happy, loved, productive, earning the patch of Earth you stand on, dignified, proud. You can have it, but you have to stop doing what you're doing now, and do something else instead.
I can't see why you wouldn't.

Before you go out drink a glass of milk and eat a meal with lots of bread in it. This soaks up the alcohol and lines the stomach, so less alcohol is absorbed. Try drinking a glass of non-alcoholic drink or water between each alcoholic one. Also ask yourself.. why do you need to drink? Try going out once and not drinking. You may feel less sociable, but after the night you'll feel much better, both about how you acted, and you wont get a hangover! Also.. putting on some weight might help you. You are quite alot underweight so that might be why you get drunk so easily

Stop going where the drink is. Of course one loves to fight when they are drunk. But your best bet is to stay away from the drinking area. Find someother place to spend some good quality time.

You need to grow up. If you don't get control of yourself, you will be a loser all your life.
Have you met alcoholics? Have you noticed how stupid they are? They were not born that way. Drinking had made them permanently stupid. Do you want to be permanently stupid?

Well you've found out what your problem is, now you either need to find it in yourself to stop yourself with some will power and self control or you need to find help from others.
