LETS SAY SOMEONE SUES A HOMELESS GUY FOR A MILLION AND WINS, HOW DOES THE WINNER COLLECT THAT MONEY SINCE THE HOMELESS DUDE HAS NO MONEY

If the guy who is the defendant in your lawsuit has no money and no insurance, you receive no money for your judgment. You can record your judgment and renew it from time to time.

Who knows, maybe the homeless guy will receive an inheritance or win the lottery. If that happens, you can get a writ of execution to seize whatever money or property the guy has.

Well, if the homeless is getting any money from the State , you get a share of that. As soon as the homeless starts working again, you can get your money in dribs and drabs.
Homeless people on the whole are good, honest, upright people.

Why would someone want to sue a homeless guy? That would be pretty heartless and cold...but I think they would be SOL since they have nothing in the world.

Well, in legal terms you would be SOL!

LOL

That’s why you will have to settle for a service or services rather than $. If the homechallenged does not comply then they will thrown in jail. But then again, they might enjoy a roof over their head and a hot meal. I guess you will still be SOL.

he doesn't.

Al Sharpton libeled a bunch of white guys for gang-raping Twana. it never happened. He lost the lawsuit, and still has not paid restitution because he claims no income.
