I tend to think i dont have a dirty mind, but it also depends on what you consider to be dirty.
Men normally think about girls and sex quite often, so if you consider sex to be dirty then perhaps we have dirty minds, (at least in your way of thinking).
Some guys (and ladies too) do have dirty minds, as sometimes they can think of the grossest things you could imagine. It's not just kinky or gross, but super disgusting in some cases. To me thats dirty.
