If you are a girl and it was a boy bug yes you will get cooties. Lol NNNNOOOO you don't get cooties if you swallow a bug. Cooties are something you get when the opposite sex touches you when you are what 5 6 7 8 9 after that I would hope you grow out of it. It's just something that somebody made up to scare little people like me when somebody touched me and I was 6 I almost cried. But don't worry I think you will be fine. Unless.....what was the type of bug you ate????

To be honest, I seriously doubt that you can get "cooties," from swallowing a bug. Eating small creatures like this would probably be a -very small amount of nutrition for you and nothing more.
You shouldn't worry yourself about something like this.
everyone is said to swallow at least 8 spiders while sleeping in their lifetime. And -most people do not have cooties.

Hmmm, did you swallow a cootie bug? At any rate, you probably have whatever disease the bug you swallowed had... or whatever the bug just ate... which means it could have just eaten a huge ball of dung right before it flew into your mouth and you swallowed it... which also means you might not have cooties, just bad breath!
Quick, swallow mouthwash to kill the smell of sh*t! LMAO!

I cannot tell you how many times I have been talking to someone and a bug will fly into my mouth. I never can understand how bugs can have that great of a aim or maybe they are just stupid. It can be pretty funny though when this happens because all of a sudden I find myself spitting and spitting and trying to get that bug out of my mouth. This is perfectly normal and people should not feel otherwise.

That depends on if it is a cootie bug or not! You might have worms, roaches, fleas, ticks, or some other kind of bug! MMMM... don't swallow bugs anymore!!!
